Looking for an independent contractor to work on foreclosed properties in Pikeville Kentucky and surrounding area.
Duties include lock changes, grass cuts, winterizations, debris, removal, cleaning, bid approvals, and general maintenance.
Must have a truck/trailer, generator, air compressor, lawn equipment, general tools, and iPhone/android.
Some experience is helpful. Locks are provided. Pay is weekly. Direct deposit is offered.
