Description Opportunity Alert: Our team based in Erlanger, Kentucky is looking for a dedicated FP& A Manager of Reporting. This role is instrumental in directing our company's financial accounting and monthly reporting operations. You will essentially act as a liaison for Department Managers in areas such as monthly spending, Budget Performance, and analysis.Responsibilities:
Direct financial accounting processes and monthly corporate reporting
Serve as the initial contact point for Department Managers, overseeing monthly spending, Budget Performance, and analysis
Train and guide Financial Analysts to assist with all Finance reporting needs
Spearhead the integration of Tagetik within the PEAK project
Handle Balance Sheet forecasting and cash generation projections
Supervise accounting processes, budget forecasts and financial reports; create and sustain reporting methods for future acquisitions
Lead, inspire, guide, and grow a high-performing reporting and budgeting team
Oversee the LE forecasting processes and reporting
Manage the bi-annual and annual budgeting processes, inclusive of overhead and Balance Sheet projections
Control working capital and cash flow forecasting
Necessary Skills:
Proficient with Accounting Software Systems
Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services
Familiar with BlackLine, EPS, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Experience with Accounting Functions and Accounts Payable (AP)
Strong understanding of Auditing, Balance Sheet Account, and Budget Processes.
