Description We are in search of a Sr. Financial Analyst for our base in NKY. This key role in the confectionery and chewing gum industry allows you to interact closely with department managers, delivering financial leadership, coordination, training, and management. It encompasses a spectrum of responsibilities associated with budget performance, analysis, planning, and reporting.Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison for department managers, providing financial leadership and coordination.

Direct all elements linked to budget performance, analysis, planning and reporting.

Head up financial reporting related to current sales projections, short-term and long-term business plans.

Handle the intricacies of multiple systems across planning processes to accomplish unified objectives.

Cooperate with IT in creating new tools and giving cross-functional training.

Promote precision in finance management and spearhead initiatives to bolster further governance.

Prepare presentations for the leadership team and international organization concerning financial results.

Guarantee accurate and punctual completion of GPM reporting.

Head the adoption of SAP upgrade reporting in the foreseeable future.

Employ business systems, CRM, Crystal Reports, and other tools to process and report financial data.

If you are interested in this direct hire opportunity or other direct hire opportunities through Robert Half, please call Carolyn Barnett at 513.810.3821Requirements Holds a minimum of 3 years of experience in the role of a Financial Analyst or a similar position Proficient in business systems and Confluence Demonstrated experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems Familiar with Crystal Reports Knowledge of data mining techniques Understanding of the 'About Time' software Capable of performing various accounting functions Experience in auditing Familiarity with budget processes and capital management Proficiency in SAP and Hyperion Financial Reporting Experience in annual financial reporting Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
