The City of Henderson announces an examination to create an eligibility list and to fill one (1) vacancy for the classification of Marketing Analyst in the Department of Communications. The eligibility list may be utilized to fill vacancies for this classification for up to one (1) year.Assists management by performing analytical work including tracking and forecasting market trends, measuring the success of marketing campaigns budget and fiscal analysis, and special projects and studies; and performs related work as required.IDEAL CANDIDATE: A candidate well-suited for this position will have strong analytical skills in marketing and digital settings. Relevant education/training may include certifications such as IBM Data Analyst Professional Certificate, Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate or similar. SALARY AND BENEFITS:

Minimum Qualifications
Associates degree from an accredited college or university in marketing, business administration, economics, or closely related field
Two (2) years of experience performing administrative support duties for an agency or organization that included performing research and analysis and preparing analytical reports
Note: An equivalent combination of related training and experience may be considered
Desirable: Experience performing administrative support duties for a municipal government
Desirable: Experience performing analysis of marketing programs and campaigns
