Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob Type : Full-TimeJob Description: The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing installations, routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. This is a climate controlled environment.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues.
Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Repair and replace defective parts using hand tools and power tools.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
