Front Desk
Clay Ingels LLC
The Front Desk position at Clay Ingels would have the following responsibilities. .
1.) Customer Service by handling walk in traffic and customers who are picking up orders. Ensuring that the customer is treated well and their needs are met in a timely manner.
2.) Entering orders for doors and windows for walk in customers.
3.) Handling day to day shipping and receiving for UPS.
4.) Ordering parts for Service Department and assisting Service Manager with calls and customers. Some assistance in the field replacing glass or doors.
5.) Dispatching local delivery drivers and scheduling all stops.
6.) Inside sales contact for locks, residential and commercial.
7.) General help with deliveries, loading, light repairs on windows and doors at the front shop table.
Experience in Construction or Building Materials is a huge plus!
This position is Full Time and is paid by hourly rate. Benefits include personal insurance, vacation, 401 k and more.
