Job Title: CNC OperatorPAY: UP to $25/hrJob DescriptionAs a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating various CNC coil machines, feeding coils with material, identifying different coil lengths, and working off basic blueprints to identify products. You will also perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance, conduct visual and measurement inspections with micrometers and calipers for final inspection, handle tests for stress relieving, and float between large and small coil CNC machines.Responsibilities
Operate various CNC coil machines.
Feed coils with material and identify different coil lengths.
Work off basic blueprints to identify products.
Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance.
Conduct visual and measurement inspections with micrometers and calipers for final inspection.
Handle tests for stress relieving.
Float between large and small coil CNC machines.
Essential Skills
Experience with CNC machines.
Prior production machine operating experience.
Familiarity with blueprints.
Prior inspection experience.
Ability to perform shop math.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with lathe and mill machines.
Experience with coil winding.
