Job Title: HVAC Controls TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and dependable HVAC Technician to lead and oversee HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration projects. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot and solve technical issues, provide technical support, and attend job site and office meetings.Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and solve HVAC rooftop units, make-up air, boiler, chiller, and control system problems
Attend job site and office meetings related to assigned projects
Be well-prepared to handle any issues that may arise
Dependable and able to work in emergency situations when called
Perform other duties as assigned
Essential Skills
10-12 years of commercial experience in plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration
HVAC and brazing license
EPA or Universal License
Type 2 or Universal Refrigerant License
Ability to read blueprints
HVAC and refrigeration repair and installation skills
Working knowledge of all hand and power tools
Proficiency with specialty tools such as Recovery Machine, Multi Meter, and Combustion Analysis
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to manage, lead, motivate, and discipline
Excellent organizational skills
High School diploma or GED equivalent

Stable work history
Ability to work long hours on feet
Able to lift and climb ladders and scaffolds
Able to perform shift work
Work EnvironmentThe position requires working on various job sites and attending office meetings. The role involves using hand and power tools, as well as specialty tools.
