Quality Control: Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs to ensure defects are minimized and customer requirements are met.
Inventory Management: Coordinate with purchasing and logistics departments to manage raw material and finished goods inventories.
Health and Safety: Ensure that production activities comply with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
