About the Role:
As Garde Manger (Prep Cook), you’ll play a vital role in the kitchen by preparing and plating cold dishes, salads, and appetizers. You’ll work with fresh, scratch-made ingredients to deliver high-quality dishes to our guests.
Responsibilities:
Preparing and plating cold dishes, including salads, appetizers, and desserts.
Ensuring proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Assisting with prep work for other stations as needed.
Following recipes and upholding quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience in a kitchen is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
