Blue Door Smokehouse, known around the state for great food and service, is looking for some new and wonderful employees. We are seeking individuals with cooking experience who can also assist with front of house duties. We run a unique service system where everyone takes part in back and front operations. After ten years at our first location, we are moving to a new location which is bigger and newer, and poised to take off and grow rapidly. Our ideal candidate will be folks who are enthusiastic, positive attitudes, hard working, trustworthy, timely, professional, and have restaurant experience. We offer well above minimum wage plus tips, company paid health insurance supplements, company funded retirement/investment plan, mostly day time hours, occasional overtime, employee meals, and a fun and productive work environment.
