Wildcat Gutters
Gutter and gutter guard installer needed in the Greater Lexington, KY area.
Our gutter installation company installs gutters, gutter guards, fascia, soffit, siding, and more throughout the greater Lexington area. We need an installer to join our installation crew to install 6'' K style gutters. Pay is based on an agreed upon percentage of each installed job and averages $800-1200/week depending on how many projects have been installed.
If you are not experienced in this field, we provide paid, on the job training. During your 2-3 week training period you will be paid $100-150/day (depending on experience/background) to learn how to do the job. We are looking for an install technician to work with a crew of 1-2 others. The goal is for this person to gain the experience and knowledge to grow into a Crew Leader position in 2-3 months. At this point your pay will be in the $1500-1800/week range, based off of our company averages.
All tools and equipment are provided for you.
Job Requirements:
- K Style Gutter installation experience preferred (not required)
- Vinyl Siding and Aluminum Wrap Experienced a HUGE plus
- Fascia/soffit installation experience a plus (not required)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to drive to and from job sites each day (once trained you will have the option to drive a company vehicle).
Pay check is GUARANTEED every Friday for jobs installed the previous week. So the more jobs installed, means the more pay you receive. 5 days/week required, but availability on weekends is a plus.
