Small local cleaning company is hiring for a dependable worker to do part-time maintenance tasks and cleaning in downtown Lexington offices. Cleaning duties include removing trash, vacuuming, dusting, mopping and cleaning bathrooms & kitchens. Maintenance includes replacing light bulbs and ceiling tiles plus monitoring and maintaining the outdoor fountain in the courtyard.
Hours are Tuesday evening and Saturday or Sunday morning. Total hours per week is 6 to 8 hours.
Experience in maintenance and commercial cleaning preferred. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, your own car and a cell phone. Must have a clean background to be considered and be able to pass a drug test.
