Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Radon Mitigation Helper. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, perfect for someone looking to gain experience in the field or supplement their income. The ideal candidate will assist with the installation of radon mitigation systems, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the installation of radon mitigation systems in residential and commercial properties.
Prepare and clean up job sites before and after installations.
Handle tools and materials required for the job, including drilling, cutting, and sealing.
Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction, HVAC, plumbing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Willingness to learn and follow directions.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
