Top Seed Tennis Club is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team, for a facility maintenance/janitor position.
Facility Maintenance/Janitorial Staff at Top Seed Tennis Club (TSTC) are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and enjoyable environment for our members and guests. They prepare the courts, mezzanine, gym, lobby and other areas of the club.
Full-time and Part-time positions are available. $15/hour to start with potential for raise after first 90-days or upon annual performance review.
Duties include but not limited to;
. Perform general cleaning tasks, such sweeping, mopping, light laundry and vacuuming.
. Empty trash cans and replace liners.
. Clean and sanitize restrooms, and replenish supplies.
. Clean and sanitize gym and gym equipment.
. Dust and wipe down surfaces.
. Clean and wipe down glass windows and doors.
. Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies.
. Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
. Maintains courts (indoors and outdoors), grounds and general club appearance.
. Equipment maintenance: maintain proper use, storage placement, etc.
. Keep facility neat and clean with daily cleaning and checks.
. Properly stocks and stores club items, as assigned.
. Properly inventories and stores cleaning supplies, consumables and equipment, as assigned.
. Maintain the facility and grounds in such a way that allows us to continue and promote our reputation as one of the cleanest, safest and welcoming clubs.
. Arrive to work on time, neatly groomed, and within the club's dress code policy.
. Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
. Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures.
. Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
. Attention to detail and thoroughness in work.
. Strong organizational and time management skills, and work ethic.
. Physical stamina and the ability to lift/move up to 50lbs.
. Ability to work some nights and weekends.
. Ability to work outdoors.
. Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time.
. Ability to work in heights.
·Ability to maintain confidentiality is a must; NDA and Confidentiality Agreement required upon employment.
. Excellent communication skills required with thorough understanding of written and spoken English.
. Reliable transportation to and from work.
. Must pass drug screen and background check.
. Must have reliable transportation.
