Job Responsibilities:
Create a professional & welcoming first impression for clients in person and over the phone
Complete knowledge of services and products
Schedule appointments for client satisfaction and schedule efficiency
Sell Retail Products
Maintain client and OB database
Ensure all necessary releases and in-take forms are filled out and filed
OB notifications of Ultrasound Appointments and Results as necessary
Complete Opening and Closing Checklists as required
Keep reception area clean and organized
Keep retail shelves stocked/organized; alerting Owner when products need to be reordered
Whatever is necessary to keep operations running smoothly (laundry, filing, cleaning, etc.)
Make suggestions to improve client satisfaction and/or business operations
Performance Measures:
Client satisfaction
Database and file maintenance
Retail sales results
Schedule efficiency
Compensation:
Hourly rate + retail Commissions
Paid bi-weekly
Employee Service Discounts
Product Discounts
Hours: Approx. 16 hrs/week
Tuesday 1p-9p
Thursday 1p-9p
Must be available for an occasional weekend shift.
