Wayne Michael Properties LLC is currently seeking an energetic, talented leasing agent/property manager to join our student residential property company in Lexington KY.
Candidates must have a professional appearance, a positive outlook, and ability to provide quality sales service. Our company promotes a team-oriented environment: therefore, a friendly and cooperative attitude is as important as experience.
The leasing agent position is responsible for following the companyâs leasing process and policies along with adhering to all local and state laws and regulations.
Essential Job Requirements:
⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and in writing to all residents and vendors on a daily basis
⢠Strong organizational, task, and time management skills
⢠Ability to efficiently and successfully complete several tasks on a daily basis and independently solve problems
⢠Proven ability to follow detailed directions and processes
⢠Proficiency in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
⢠Ability to learn and comply with industry legal requirements, federal and local Fair Housing Laws
⢠Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule
⢠Leasing and marketing experience are required
⢠Experience in using property management software-Preferred knowledge of Appfolio
⢠Preferred ability in social media skills
