OFFERING A $3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR THE MAINTENANCE TECH ROLE!
These roles will require rotating on-call availability and effective verbal communication skills with residents and team members.
The Maintenance Technician role will require EPA Universal or Type II HVAC certification, and previous industry experience.
While maintenance knowledge is important, no experience within the multi-family industry is required for the Make Ready position.
Venterra Make Ready Technicians enjoy competitive hourly pay + 10% performance-based bonus paid out quarterly.
Our Make Ready Technicians are responsible for ensuring that all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to "make ready" status, preparing the apartment for new residents in a timely manner. They may also complete various service requests as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
Venterra Assistant Maintenance Manager enjoy competitive hourly pay + 10% performance-based bonus, paid out quarterly.
Our Maintenance Technicians/Assistant Maintenance Managers provide support to the Maintenance Managers and assume a leadership role in their absence. They provide quality service to our residents, diagnose problems, and make repairs. They are responsible for routine and preventative maintenance repairs, as well as ensuring that Venterra's 48-Hour Service Guarantee is adhered to when completing service requests.
