We are a salvage yard in Georgetown KY. Currently we have an open position for a used auto part salesperson. This person would need to have skills in taking orders both over the phone and in person. We use a Hollander based system to look up parts. They would need to be extremely knowledgeable with vehicle makes models and parts! We are looking for someone with some sort of background in this field.
Duties
Answer the phone and look up stock and availability
Provide detailed information about part condition, specifications, and pricing.
Check our emails and respond with payment links
Manage inventory effectively, ensuring that parts are in the system correctly
Return messages involving when something is ready for customer pickup or freight
Qualifications
Proven experience in used automotive parts sales is necessary .
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and track sales progress efficiently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Extensive knowledge regarding vehicle makes, models and parts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15-$20 per hour
PTO 10 Hours a month
Expected hours: 40 per week
