In this role you will manage projects from beginning to end, generate new leads, and guide homeowners through the insurance process. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Representative to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion. This role requires effective communication, strategic planning, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope.

Qualifications
1-3 years of sales experience. Roofing experience is a plus
Construction experience is a plus but not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Valid driving license and clean driving record
Reliable transportation

CRM knowledge is a bonus
