SpaceFlex is a dynamic new coworking and flexible office space opening soon in Lexington, KY. We offer a vibrant and collaborative environment designed for entrepreneurs, freelancers, remote workers, startups, and businesses of all sizes. We’re looking for a motivated and charismatic Sales Representative to help us build our member base and drive our growth from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and convert leads into SpaceFlex members.
Conduct tours and presentations for potential clients, showcasing our workspace and amenities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and community partners.
Collaborate with our marketing team to execute local campaigns and promotions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
2+ years of sales experience, ideally in real estate, hospitality, or coworking.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a startup environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and a passion for building business relationships.
