Skills needed: some trim and cabinetry knowledge, painting, minor electric such as hanging light fixtures, some plumbing such as changing out a bathroom vanity or toilet.
Must be neat, organized, and self-motivated.
Flexible schedule, part time, hourly, no benefits.
