We offer two types of programs:
Lone Wolf Program: 80% gross pay
100% self-dispatch
Find your own freight
Set your own rates
Set your own hours
Literally control your own destiny
Free load board options with access to our automotive expedite customers
Drive OTR, regional, or local
Team Romerica program: 75% gross pay
We load the truck for you. Our dispatchers only run 5 trucks each, so they are not overloaded
trying to cover 20+ trucks at a time. We handle all dispatch and back-office tasks for you.

Qualifications:
2 years CDL A verifiable experience with a clean or minimal problem MVR
Clean PSP
2007 or newer tractor required
Truck must pass DOT inspection prior to running first load
