Job Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate administrative functions, and maintain an efficient workplace environment. The ideal candidate will combine excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to office management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations including supply procurement, indirect spend vendor relationships, and facility maintenance and planning.
- Coordinate administrative workflows and implement efficient systems and procedures
- Mange office budget, assist Accounting team with basic bookkeeping duties (15 hrs a week) ?
- Manage Office 365 shared calendar and coordinate meetings and team events
- Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and office policies
- Manage reception area and coordinate visitor access
- Support HR functions including onboarding, documentation, and employee records
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of office management or administrative leadership experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Experience in budget management and vendor relations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HR processes and procedures
- Knowledge of accounting software and financial reporting
- Project management experience
