Customer Service (Leads & Customer Service Reps)
My client provides comprehensive management solutions within the pharmaceutical and healthcare vertical. They are seeking a Team Leads and Reps within Customer Service responsible for answering inquiries about the program and communicating information about available products. Respond to requests and resolve any issues within a timely fashion if not the first call. Seeking candidates to provide inbound and outbound telephone support in a professional manner while maintaining a high-level of confidentiality. Team Leads will also manage teams of 5-10 people; monitoring activity and team efficiency. Hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
Meet/exceed service goals
Provide inbound and outbound phone support
Respond to requests from customers and providers via phone and email
Maintain database, update and ensure accuracy of information
Manage issues and seek resolutions on first call if possible; investigate and/or escalate as needed
Communicate product availability, shipping and reply to inquiries about the program
Report to management any complaints (Team Leads will manage escalations and troubleshoot)
Requirements:
HS Diploma or equivalent required
Min. 1+ years of Customer Service experience required
Customer Services Reps with 1 year of experience
Team Leads require 2+ years of supervisory experience within a call-center, customer service environment
Experience within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industries a plus
Experience working in a medical office and/or medical insurance a plus
Bilingual Spanish preferred
HIPAA experience preferred
Ability to maintain high-level of confidentiality
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Excel and Word
Offering:
Hourly rate: $17/hr. up to $22/hr. if Supervisory experience
