Friday-Tuesday, 11:30 am-8:00 pm
Thursday-Monday, 12:30 pm-9:00 pm
Tuesday/Saturday, 3:00 pm-11:30 pm
Sunday/Thursday-3:00 pm-11:30 pm
Customer Service Representative Duties:
Answer calls from customers regarding their technology repairs
Coordinate with repair team to deliver important information to customers
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
High School Diploma or GED is required
Good keyboard data entry skills
