Able to lift 40lbs. (Tent, folding table, folding chairs)
Government mobile phone experience preferred.
We will consider hiring people with 1 year previous sales or customer service experience.
Basic PC skills including computer navigation, email, and internet.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be comfortable working outside in low income neighborhoods.
Process new computer enrollment applications for Lifeline and
Affordable Connectivity programs.
Activate wireless phones for eligible customers.
Follow all state and federal rules & regulations.
Maintain phone inventory, and tent set up supplies.
Provide great customer service and educate customers about
State and Federal assistance programs.
Just set up and sign the customers up!
