EXPERIENCED RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER
Wanted for a large new ultra high profile Cajun-Creole influenced restaurant and entertainment venue in the NuLu/East Market Street district.
300+ person dining room, bar, and patio. As well as an attached 150 person sportsbar and a 300 person banquet/event room.
Facility is owned by a highly successful and experienced New York City and West Coast hospitality/nightlife operator and staffed by both a world famous culinary director and a famous local executive chef.
SEEKING: Highly creative HIGHLY organized general manager w/ a minimum of 5 years experience at the management level in a high volume, high level food service or related hospitality operation.
