Restaurant searching for an enthusiastic and fully qualified Executive Chef to manage our busy restaurant kitchen. We are searching for a candidate with creativity and a passion to help us produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall dining experience for our customers. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing a kitchen.
Must have experience:
-Working in a high volume, fast paced environment
-Managing food costs and setting menu prices
-Managing labor costs
-Creating menu items that showcase creativity and wed well with the concept
-Developing recipes to ensure quality and consistency
-Ordering and managing inventory
-Managing a kitchen staff
-Training front of house staff on menu items
-Ensuring a level of cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen that meets or exceeds health department standards
