PPS is seeking a high-energy Customer VMI and Delivery Specialist for our fastener distribution facility in Louisville. This is a full-time permanent position with a highly competitive starting pay rate, a second-to-none benefits package, and a high ceiling for growth!
Responsibilities:
Restock customer bins with fasteners and other components
Hand delivering bins of product to customer production lines
Communicating with customer production staff as needed
Pick and Pack orders as needed in warehouse
Communicate with our warehouse manager and other delivery specialists
Customer deliveries as needed
Other warehouse work as needed
The ideal candidate will possess:
Attention to detail and Customer Service
Experience in working with Windows based programs
Ability to lift 45 lbs
The desire to fulfill multiple roles- this is NOT just a delivery position!
Valid driver's license
Ability to be on your feet 75% of the day (outside of driving the delivery vehicle).
Clean/clear drug screen, background, and driving record
Accountability! Attendance and punctuality is part of the job requirement
