Locally owned and operated for 14 years. We take care of 26 different apartment complexes. We clean vacant and sometimes occupied apartments, hallways and clubhouses. MUST BE DEPENDABLE AND HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION you will drive to job locations. SELF STARTER AND DETAILED ORIENTED. START TIMES MAY CHANGE DAILY AND END TIME WILL CHANGE DEPENDING ON WORKLOAD. WORK WITH A SUPERVISOR AND ANOTHER TEAMMEMBER AND AVERAGE $20 PER HOUR. THIS JOB IS A 1099 JOB WHICH MEANS YOUR RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN TAXES. Pay is every two weeks. Work Monday thru Friday and some weekends!
