Job Responsibilities
- Prepare exterior surfaces by scraping, sanding, patching, and priming.
- Apply high-quality paint and finishes to homes.
- Work efficiently and safely using ladders, harnesses, and other safety equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
- Follow daily work plans to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications
- No prior painting experience required—training provided!
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable working at heights using ladders.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
