IMMEDIATE HIRE for Construction Cleanup position.
Job Duties:
Cleanup of the exterior and interior of commercial property (no residential work) including
Cleaning windows
Sweeping/mopping floors
Thoroughly wiping surfaces with First Choice approved cleaning chemicals
Vacuuming
Use of a machine floor scrubber
Some jobs require interior demolition
Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required
STARTS at $16.00 per hour
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly is required.
Background checks are conducted on all prospective employees.
Must possess a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle records check.
