We have an opening for a maintenance person to do a variety of jobs including light construction, Carpentry, equipment repair, lawn mowing, yard work, painting, and many other types of work. Must be physically able to carry out duties, use ladders, mowers, sprayers, etc. Have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Company is 42 years old and all current employees are aware of this job opening. Hours are weekdays 8-5 with an hour for lunch. Getting to work on time is mandatory. This is a full time career position with paid vacation time, paid holidays, 401-k, and a family atmosphere. Compensation is $20 per hour to start. No agencies please.
