Typical Work Includes: - Lock Changes - Window and Door Boarding - Debris Removal - Roof Repair/Tarping - Sump Pump Installation - Grass Cuts - Shrub/Tree Trimming - Mold Remediation - Minor Electric - Minor Plumbing - Minor Carpentry Applicants MUST Have:
Must able to pass background check and have a valid driver’s license.
Must have basic construction Knowledge, and be detailed oriented.

Must have strong written and verbal English skills Must be able to take clear progress photos; wide angled before, during, and after photos of work performed. (This is how we get paid) Must be able to meet deadlines and work with a high volume of work orders. Must be hard working and have can-do, positive attitude.
