We are looking for a dependable Maintenance / Groundskeeper to join our team. This position is responsible for keeping our property clean, safe, and presentable by handling lot clean up, grounds maintenance, and general upkeep.
Responsibilities include:
Picking up trash and debris around parking lots and grounds
Sweeping, blowing, and maintaining walkways and common areas
Light landscaping (mulching, trimming, watering, etc.)
Seasonal tasks such as snow/ice removal, leaf clean up
Assisting with general upkeep as needed
Requirements:
Reliable transportation to and from the property
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Previous maintenance or grounds experience is helpful but not required
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time or part-time opportunities available
Flexible hours (early morning preferred)
Pay: $15 – $20 per hour, based on experience
