RESEARCH PROPERTIES, INC. is an apartment management company seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician.
This position requires a clean record of honesty, integrity, dependability and a positive CAN DO Attitude. Our business depends on Excellent Customer Service with No Excuses.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in apartment, hotel or a related maintenance field. We are seeking a high energy associate who can achieve results without supervision.
This position includes handling daily work order repairs and preparing apartments for rent with a sense of purpose and urgency.
Our maintenance staff is the essential link to customer service, maintaining resident (our customer) satisfaction and retention. This position requires working in residents homes with pleasant attitude and professional appearance while performing maintenance service. This position offers the opportunity to do something different every day.
RESEARCH PROPERTIES, INC. offers competitive wages plus a benefit package including health insurance, paid vacation and paid holidays. Overtime is available and some Saturdays/On-call rotations are required.

Job Requirements
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE and ABILITIES REQUIRED:
PLUMBING, HVAC, LIGHT ELECTRICAL, DRYWALL, REHAB WORK, LANDSCAPE
Must be able to pass a drug test and have professional references.

New residents are more satisfied when they have seen the apartment location, carpet color, and condition of their new home prior to their move.
For this reason, employees are instructed to only show the vacant apartments after the vacancy preparation process has been completed. The apartments are not identical, however all market ready apartments have been serviced for repairs, freshly painted, carpets shampooed, and completely cleaned before a new resident moves in. As an ongoing routine, the furnace & A/C filters are changed and preventative pest control is provided regularly. Kitchen appliances and mini blinds are also furnished. We welcome prospective residents to visit our properties and see for themselves that the details make all the difference.
