Looking for an independent contractor to work on foreclosed properties in the Louisville area.
Work includes lock changes, winterizations, grass cuts, debris removal, evictions, cleaning, general maintenance and bid approvals.
Must have truck/trailer, lawn equipment, generator, air compressor, basic tools and iphone/android.
Locks are provided and pay is weekly. Some experience preferred.
