Law Counsel is recruiting for attorneys/paralegals/college graduates to work on an a hybrid assignment with the Business Services group of a large law firm located in Louisville, KY.
The work entails checking/screening conflicts and drafting engagement agreements for new hires and clients of the firm. The work is detailed oriented and can be administrative in nature. Strong attention to detail and excellent computer skills are needed.

Attorneys/JDs/paralegals/college graduates are welcome to apply. A law degree/license is not required.
The hourly rate is $28.00 per hour and 1.5 for OT. Hours are 40 per week on a Monday thru Friday to start but after approximately one -two months the hours may increase to up to 50 hours per week (10 hours of OT). The firm will provide training during the one -two month period. Candidates must be available to work on site 5 days per week during this period.
After the training period, the project will transition to a hybrid project which requires working ONSITE for 4 days at the law firm located in Louisville, KY and the flexibility to work 1 day remotely.
The expected duration is one year. Candidates MUST be comfortable making this long term commitment.
The start is targeted for Mon. January 5th, 2026.
