We are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist/ Scan Clerk who will be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting customers, taking messages and performing other clerical tasks, such as scanning documents. We believe our employees are our greatest asset and invest in their success.We offer:

Responsibilities – Receptionist / Scan Clerk:
The receptionist is a vital member of our dealership and must present a helpful and professional impression to all visitors and customers
Greet clients with a helpful attitude, directing them to the correct person
Keep track of paperwork
Scan documents
Provide excellent customer service
Perform other duties as requested
Qualifications/Requirements – Receptionist / Scan Clerk:
Professional dress and manner
Experience preferred but not required
Must be a well-spoken, outgoing, and friendly professional
Excellent communication and organizational skills and telephone manners
Exceptional customer service skills and accurate attention to detail
Able to efficiently multi-task and solve problems
