Davis Electronics Co, in it's 44th year as Louisville's leading two way radio communications company, has an opening for a full time Service Coordinator. This is a full time position in Louisville, KY, Monday thru Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This role requires a customer service oriented, reliable, and an organized person with a great personality and a big smile.
Responsibilities and Duties
Inventory Control, Ordering, and showroom management.
Sales Order Coordination and Preparation
Manage Service and installation Schedule and Coordination
Customer Service
Shipping and Receiving Management
Maintain Customer Records and Warranty
Communicate with Sales and Management Personnel
Manage Office Operations
Other responsibilities as needed
Qualifications and Skills
Organizational Skills
Effective Communication
Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Quickbooks)
Detail Oriented
Customer Service experience preferred
