Louisville Apartment Complex needs a few qualified MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANSfor our expanding company.
MUST have a minimum of three (3) years of prior apartment maintenance experience.
EPA Certification: Type I and Type II or Universal Required.
Immediate Openings.
Full-time or Part-time positions.
Must have your own reliable transportation.
Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
Ability to climb ladders.
Moderate lifting up to 50 Lbs.
Must be available to be on call.
Must pass background and drug tests.
Starting pay based on experience.

Salary: $20.00+ /hour (Starting pay based on experience)
Health insurance: Ourcompany pays 25% of the monthly premium for employees. The rest are taken out of their weekly paycheck.
Vacation: 1week + 3 personal days after 1 yearof employment.
