Deck & fence installation, staining & sealing.
Interior & exterior painting.
What we need from you:
✅ At least 5 years’ experience in construction sales OR hands-on in the trades
✅ Knowledgeable in all of the services above
✅ Strong communication & people skills – able to explain options and build trust
✅ Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
What you’ll do:
Meet with customers to assess their needs
Provide clear, detailed quotes & close deals
Help guide projects from start to finish with our crews
Build lasting client relationships
