We’re looking for driven, motivated Sales / Closers who want a high-income opportunity with a reputable, established roofing company.
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced sales professionals or strong closers who excel at building trust, communicating value, and closing deals. Roofing experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right people.
This is a powerful opportunity for someone who is hungry, confident, and ready to earn significant commissions.
What You’ll Do
Meet with pre-qualified leads from canvassing, inbound calls, or company marketing
Build rapport and trust with homeowners or property managers
Conduct roof inspections
Present tailored proposals and educate the customer on products, warranties, and process
Negotiate pricing and terms in line with company policy
Close deals and collect signatures on contracts or agreements
Required Qualifications:
Proven success in sales, preferably in the roofing, solar, or home improvement industries
Strong closing skills and ability to manage objections
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Valid driver’s license
Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops (safety training provided)
Trustworthy, detail oriented and commitment to integrity
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with roofing software (e.g., EagleView, GAF)
Familiarity with insurance claim processes related to roofing
Bilingual skills (e.g., English/Spanish) a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive commission structure (average earnings: $80k–$150k+ depending on performance)
