Job Description:
Provides technical and administrative support for systems, programs, projects, and processes relating to physical security, access control, and life safety systems.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Develops and maintain security alarm testing program.
- Oversee vendor identification/access badge program.
- Identify and resolve technical matters while using sound judgement.
- Lead and provide administrative and technical support for new installations, service requests and special projects.
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal/external customers.
Requirements:
- Prior experience on the field (2 years)
- High School diploma
- Strong computer skills
- Knowledge of physical access control systems and video surveillance systems.
