Role
We’re hiring an experienced Appliance Repair Technician to run daily service calls, diagnose accurately, present clear repair options, and complete high-quality repairs on the first visit whenever possible.
Pay
Commission-based with realistic earnings $1,500–$2,500/week (top techs can do more)
Weekly pay; performance bonuses available
What You’ll Do
Run 4–8+ calls/day (mix of diagnostic and repair)
Diagnose, quote, and complete repairs for major brands (refrigeration a plus)
Communicate clearly with customers and office/dispatch
Document work performed, parts used, and collect payment as needed

What You Bring
2+ years recent, verifiable appliance repair experience (refrigeration strongly preferred)
Solid troubleshooting across washers, dryers, ovens/ranges, dishwashers; sealed-system a plus
Clean driving record and professional customer service
Own core hand tools; EPA 608 a plus
Able to pass background check
Reliable, on-time, and coachable
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays available)
Employment Type
Commissioned technician (1099) with strong earning potential based on completed work.
