We are a small real estate company that purchases and remodels investment homes that are then leased and managed. You would be responsible for, repairing, remodeling these homes that we buy to lease or re-rent.
we are looking for an individual with remodeling, maintenance, and carpentry skills.
Job can be 30 to 40 hours a week, and pay between $20 and $30 per hour depending on experience. This person would have to be able to remodel units purchased, and do some periodic maintenance on the ones we rent.
You would have to be capable of doing electric, plumbing, painting, and most anything related to remodeling. You must have references an have 15 to 20 years experience. Must be able to pass a background check because you will be going into peoples houses.
This is a contract labor job. you must also be with a 15 to 20 minute drive of Charlestown.
