We are a small real estate company that purchases and remodels investment homes that are then leased and managed. You would be responsible for, repairing, remodeling these homes that we buy to lease or re-rent.
we are looking for an individual with remodeling, maintenance, and carpentry skills.
Job can be 30 to 40 hours a week and looking to pay $25 per hour. If you are an individual with superior skills and knowledge we may be open to higher pay.
You would have to be capable of doing electric, plumbing, painting, flooring and most anything related to remodeling. You must have references and have 15 to 20 years experience.
This is a contract labor job.
