I'm looking for someone who knows chainsaws well and knows how to sharpen them really well. I don't necessarily want to use a grinder for we dont have tons of chains or even use them daily. I want to do it by hand. I have this new file set up that does the depth gauge at the same time. pretty slick.
Honestly, I really don't care what you use, but I'm tired of my employees dulling my chains and not knowing how to sharpen a chain. I want somebody to come in once a week go through the saws and make sure everything is cutting like a German razor knife. We also have a bunch of 2 stroke stuff that could be serviced from time to time.
We do back ground checks for all employees, We can do 1099 .
Looking for that really diciplined mechanic that knows chain saws.
