Position: HVAC/R Service Technician
Compensation: $70,000 - $120,000 per year ($35-$47/hr + OT)
Location: Louisville, KY (Candidates must live within 1 hour of Louisville)

Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC/R equipment efficiently to eliminate callbacks.
Maintain customer relationships by keeping an open line of communication and helping them make the best decisions for their facilities.
Maintain service tools and vehicles, ensuring they are in working order and clean.
Utilize electronic devices for daily paperwork and communication, including checksheets and work orders.
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
5 years of experience in commercial HVAC
Kentucky HVAC Journeyman License (required)
EPA Certification (required)
A dynamic individual with excellent troubleshooting skills and a commitment to customer service
Clean driving record
Interview Process:
Phone screen with recruiter (15-30 mins)
Zoom interview/Phone call with General Manager (30 mins)
In-person interview with the GM and Service team (1 hour)
